That Needed It Most

Ashish Kumar Yadav worked as a Software Implementation Engineer— deployed at real estate companies across Hyderabad to implement and configure CRM & workflow systems. Not as an employee, but as an outside engineer embedded within their daily operations.

Across 11 companies — from Vasavi Group to Sanali Group, from Botanika to Giridhari Homes — he observed the same pattern from the inside: leads leaking silently from portals, follow-ups tracked on personal phones, CPs submitting leads via WhatsApp with no acknowledgment, directors discovering revenue losses at quarter-end.
