Payment schedule
60% advance to begin; 40% before launch.
Ownership & data
You own your branding, business content, product data, customer data and order data. After full payment you receive the agreed production access and credentials. Intelliflow retains ownership of its pre-existing frameworks and reusable components; third-party software remains under its own licences.
Warranty
The defect warranty covers reproducible technical defects in delivered functionality during the stated period. It does not cover new features, content updates, user errors, third-party outages, platform changes or compromised credentials.
Hosting & third-party costs
Domain, hosting, SSL, platform subscriptions, paid themes/apps, gateway/shipping/COD fees, message-usage charges and ad budgets are separate and customer-borne.
Change control
Anything outside the approved package, limits, revision rounds or integration list is documented as a change request; Intelliflow confirms the additional price and timeline before starting.
Tax position
Intelliflow does not currently charge GST. If its statutory tax status changes before invoicing, applicable taxes will be shown separately. This proposal is not a tax invoice.

No — Commerce Starter is a full transaction-ready store: cart, secure checkout, UPI/cards/net-banking/COD, shipping, order statuses and an admin. Catalogue-only sites are a different (simpler) product.
The platform is confirmed after discovery based on your requirements and preference. The fixed package covers the approved standard implementation; paid themes, apps, licences and platform subscriptions are your expenses.
Up to 25 products are loaded from your complete data as part of Starter. More products, more staff, a second location, a Lite CMS or abandoned-cart recovery come with Commerce Advanced — or extra uploads can be quoted.
Starter configures GA4, Meta Pixel and product-level SEO. Ongoing managed SEO, paid advertising and social-media management are separate services, not part of the package.
