Pre-Sales Lead Management System — common questions
Starter (IF-LMS-001, ₹49,999) is for one project and a 5-user team — capture and follow-up. Professional (IF-LMS-002, ₹99,999) runs a full pre-sales floor across up to 3 projects, adding portal auto-capture, telephony, full site-visit management and a 25-firm Channel Partner Portal. Enterprise (IF-LMS-003, ₹1,49,000) scales to unlimited users, up to 10 projects, IVR & missed-call capture, AI lead scoring, a 200-partner portal and up to 4 custom-built modules.
No. Every edition is a one-time price for a perpetual licence to use the deployed system — no monthly subscription and no per-user monthly fee. The optional Annual Care Plan is the only recurring fee payable to Intelliflow, and cloud hosting is separate.
The system covers lead capture → nurture → follow-up → site visit. Once a site visit is completed, the lead is handed to your Sales person and leaves the pre-sales system. Booking, inventory, cost sheets, collections and the customer portal are NOT included — those are separate Sales/Post-Sales products.
