Annual Care Plan

Optional yearly plan that keeps the system healthy and supported after the 30-day launch window: security patches, updates, regular backups, and a bank of support hours. Cloud hosting is separate — run it on your own cloud, or add optional managed hosting. The Care Plan is the only recurring fee payable to Intelliflow for the software.

You receive a perpetual licence to use the deployed system; the software IP and source code remain with Intelliflow. No monthly subscription and no per-user monthly fee.
Licensed deployment
The package includes a licensed, deployed application. Raw source code is not included; a source-code buyout can be quoted separately.
Hosting
Cloud hosting is the client's responsibility (own cloud or optional managed-hosting add-on) and is not part of the one-time price or the Care Plan.
Payment terms
40–50% advance to begin the project; balance on delivery.
Support
30 days included; continue with the optional Care Plan thereafter.
Upgrades
Upgrade to Professional or Enterprise anytime — you pay only the difference in plan price.

No. ₹49,999 is a one-time price for a perpetual licence to use the deployed system — no monthly subscription and no per-user monthly fee. The optional Annual Care Plan (₹9,999/year) is the only recurring fee payable to Intelliflow; cloud hosting is separate.
The lead is handed to your Sales person and leaves the pre-sales system. Booking, inventory, cost sheets, collections and the customer portal are separate Sales / Post-Sales products.
You can add up to 3 extra users at ₹5,000 each (max 8). Beyond that — or for a second project, portal auto-capture, telephony or the Channel Partner Portal — upgrade to Professional (₹99,999) and pay only the difference.
Up to 2,000 existing lead / contact records are imported as part of the package. Larger volumes are quoted by volume.
